Two were arrested regarding the deadly shooting of Stanley

The officers were called to an address on Elm Street, Stanley Street, Durham County, at approximately 5:20 pm on Saturday, after reports of “turmoil”.

Police said that a 60 -year -old man was shot, and despite the efforts of the paramedics, he announced his death at the scene.

Durham Constabolri said that the investigations had been launched, and on Sunday officers arrested a 37 -year -old man and a 35 -year -old woman on suspicion of conspiracy to kill.

They were detained, where they remain.

The collar is still in place at the scene while inquiries continue.

The police previously said that the family of the dead man had been informed and supported by officers specifically.

“Our officers are conducting extensive inquiries and I am grateful for the support and cooperation that we have received from society so far,” said the chief investigative official, the supervisor of the investigator Neil Fuller, from Durham Constabolri.

“I would like to urge anyone who has not yet contacted us to do so. Please do not assume that we already know. All relevant inquiries will be explored.

“Our thoughts are still with the man’s family at this time.”

Anyone who has any contact information is required to contact Durham Constabulary on 101, or 999 in an emergency, citing the 302th accident number on April 5.

A local shooting victim was named after Barry Dawson, who was in his fifties.

Today, it was described by the neighbors on Elm Street Street, South Moor, as a friendly and cheerful local man, who was said to have been drawn and decorated for people in the vicinity.

A woman living on the street said it was a familiar face at the nearby club South Moor Excelsior, where he was said to have bought the staff.

“He is really known,” said another neighbor, who returned to the house from visiting his girlfriend late yesterday afternoon, after the accident.
