The United States is punishing the independent “tea jug” company in China, Hebei Xinhai Chemical Group, Ltd. And three operators of both sides of the oil for their role in buying or facilitating the delivery of hundreds of millions of Iranian oil.
In addition, the United States is appointed by many companies, ships and hidge on ships participating in facilitating the transportation of Iranian oil to China as part of the Iranian “shadow fleet”, which funds Iran’s alleged behavior and support for terrorist agents.
This is the third measure of the United States against the independent tea jug refinery in China since President Trump issued a presidential security note 2 on February 4, 2025.
As long as Iran is trying to generate oil revenues to finance its destabilizing activities, the United States will retain both Iran and all its partners in evading sanctions.
Today’s actions are taken according to the executive order (EO) 13902, which targets the Iranian petroleum and petrochemical sectors, and EO 13846, which target Iranian oil exports. This procedure also represents the last round of sanctions targeting Iranian oil sales since the President issued a presidential memorandum of national security 2 ((NSPM-2), Setting the maximum pressure campaign on Iran. For more information about today’s procedure, please see the Treasury Department press release.
