Spokesman Mike Johnson and Republican Party in Florida, Anna Polina Luna, says they concluded a deal to end the fighting about voting for the agent for new parents, which will reopen the House of Representatives Hall after nearly a week of legislative paralysis.
Multiple sources familiar with ABC News said that Republican leaders in the House of Representatives will give the official nature to “conjugate voting”, a measure that allows the absent member during voting in coordination with a present member on the other side of the issue to compensate for absence.
For example, the procedure in this case will allow a new mother, absent from the vote of the House of Representatives, in cooperation with the current legislator who votes in exchange for their position to form a “husband”.
Some logistical services for this deal remain unclear, including how to apply it.
Voting pair – a rare practice in Congress – is definitely not equivalent to a remote vote but allows the absence of compensation. But the absent member’s vote is not registered in the recorded voting balance.
The conjunction of the vote was used in 2018 when the Senate voted to confirm the Supreme Court judge Brett Cavano. At that time, Senator Lisa Moxovsky, R-Alska, who said she would vote against Cavano, fell with Senator Steve Denz of Montana, so their voices will cancel.

Sources said that Johnson set the details of the agreement to call a member of the Republican Party on Sunday afternoon.
In light of the deal, the sources said that the MP Luna will not lead to a petition for two parties – which has 218 signatures – to allow mothers and parents to vote for a period of up to 12 weeks after birth.

Sources said Johnson is still looking for ways to increase access to new mothers in Congress, such as adding a room off the home of the home to nursing mothers.
