The trains in part of the MBTA Orange line are replaced by shuttle buses on Wednesday due to a medical emergency in Back Bay Stop.
MBTA said shortly after 6 pm that the railway service was broken between Pak Bay and Jackson Square.
MBTA said that the green line can also be used for alternative service in the city center.
There was no other information about the nature of the medical emergency immediately available.
