The UK Police Force apologized and withdrew a threat to prosecute or sad unless she deleted a gossip to investigate her daughter’s death.
Caroline Charters has been warned that she faced a possible criminal prosecution unless all official review copies of Gloucestershire Constabular after the sudden death of her daughter Daniel Charters in February 2021.
Gloucestershire Constabulary – who originally assigned the review and delivered it directly to MS Charters last year – said it had since identified a “serious violation of data” and forced to act.
The force deployed the officers to the MS Charters house in Greater Manchester and sent multiple emails to demand their deletion, raising the possibility of “legal implementation” under the Data Protection Law.

A government spokesman issued a statement to remind the police to “treat the bereaved families with mercy” and “use their resources to follow the perpetrators.”

Channel 4 reported the contents of the victim’s right to the review last October, with serious questions about the quality of the sudden MS CRARERS-Ristie death.
