Latmam, New York (News10) – The US Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that a singer has been called in an indictment for sexual crime on Thursday. Nathaniel Dracher, 41, who is a registered sexual crime, was accused of attempting to coercion and luring a minor.
The indictment claims that Dreccher tried to persuade a 11 -year -old child to participate in sexual activities with him. Drcher was previously convicted in 2012 at an online minor request in Johnson Province, Texas.
“This behavior, as he claimed, was especially terrible because the defendant committed a similar crime before in Texas,” said American lawyer John Sarkon. “With our federal and federal law enforcement partners, we will continue to guarantee the trial of perpetrators of sexual crimes to the maximum of the law when they commit new crimes.”
If convicted, Drosher faces at least 20 years to life imprisonment, as well as a fine of $ 250,000 and several years of test. He ordered the detention while waiting for his trial.
“This indictment proves crimes against the most vulnerable, which will meet a fast and decisive work,” said Craig Trimaroli, who is in charge of the FBI. “The Federal Bureau, along with our law enforcement partners, is committed to protecting children and bringing predators such as Mr. Dracher to justice.”
The Federal Bureau of Children’s Bureau of Investigation and Human Trafficking and New York State Police is investigating the case. American lawyer Allen Fikki deals with the prosecution.
