A woman accused of killing the family of her ex -husband was cleared with the mushroom of the roof of the toxic death in her meal to try to kill him.
Erine Patterson was accused of three deaths after her previous son -in -law died, without the generation of Patterson, and the sister of Heather Wilkenson’s generation died in the hospital in July 2023.
She was also accused of trying to kill Heather Ian’s husband, who was the only one who survived the meal.
They were suspected of eating toxic mushrooms after eating a meal of beef and a carved carved by Patterson at her home in Lyongatha, Victoria.

Patterson’s ex -husband Simon Patterson was also invited to lunch, but he did not attend.
But the prosecutors announced at the Supreme Court that they had dropped the attempt to kill it.
In 2022, he suffered from a mysterious disease and died almost after serving a meal by Patterson, from which he was divided several years ago.
In a Facebook post that Herad Sun saw, he wrote: “I collapsed at home, then I was in a 16 -day coma, with three emergency operations on the small intestine, as well as an additional planned process.
“My family was asked to come and say goodbye to me twice, as I was not expected to live.”
Judge Bell said: ‘He served the accused and the individual Landton for lunch. Three of them died after the poisoning of the maximum death.
In a statement after the death, she insisted that she ate the last part of itself and ended up in the hospital on July 31 with bad stomach pain and diarrhea that requires saline contraction and “liver protective drug”.
She skipped her two children, who share them with Simon, on the meal to go to the cinema.
