The Trump administration was ordered to arrange the return of Salvaduri man who was accidentally deported to a notorious prison in his home country.
Kilmar Austro Garcia – a protected legal resident who lived in Maryland has been arrested since 2011 – was arrested before the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE) and was deported to his homeland last month.
