Activists say that the Scottish Prisons Department opened flood gates to violent violent prisoners to switch to female prisons in 2014 with dozens of violent negatives to benefit from their transgender policy.
Prison heads acted “unpaved” by forcing women to live between cross -rapists and murderers and a sense of things for more than a decade, and it has been claimed.

The pressure on Prime Minister John Sweeney is increasing to remove the violent perpetrators from women’s prisons after the recent Supreme Court ruling that women are defined through biological sex under the United Kingdom law.
Mary Hoden, the coordinator of the Women’s Rights Network in Scotland, called for “the immediate removal of male prisoners from the female estate.”
She added: “The Scottish government and the Scottish prison service allowed violent men to detain with weak women for a very long time.
“The Supreme Court ruling is very clear that sex refers to biological sex and men should not be in the female estate. It is hateful that this is absolutely permitted.”
The judges unanimously supported an appeal by Scotland women against the Scottish government ministers through the rule of the legal definition of women dependent on biological sex, a decision that is to have repercussions on public bodies.
There are currently 16 prisoners through bars, but their status and condemnation are kept under the wrapping by SPS.
Caroline McAelster, from women, will not invite SNP government to change the direction. She said: “I was far from time, Minister of Justice Angela Constance, which took the failure of weak women to prison under her watch.”
SPS has updated its policy last year, but caused a noise after it appeared to transit criminals who have a history of violence against women that could serve rulings in female prisons if they consider not to present a “unacceptable danger.”
It also turned out that violent convicts who are considered very dangerous to the permanent transformation of the female estate are still allowed to mix with women in parties, activities or work programs.
SPS said: “We have received the Supreme Court ruling and we think about any possible effect that may be,” Sps said.
