The trial of Melisa Rancourt concluded on Friday with three other witnesses describing what they saw in the lane lane after the hot hockey game in Espanyola in February 2024.
Rancourt is a police officer in Sodburi and was the main coach of the Espanyola team when he claimed that she threatened to break the 12 -year -old player from the Walden team.
On Friday, the three witnesses called Sonia Butleho, Greg Wales and Chene Kitkak, and parents of children in the Espanola team.
They were in the corridor when the accident occurred. The three said they did not hear Rancourt completely.
Their testimony focused on the behavior of a major witness to the prosecutors of the Crown Prince, Mafrin Payne.
Payne is the mother of the Waldin player who witnessed in the court on Thursday that she heard the threat to break the ankles.
BOTELHO described the Bain’s vision action strongly, facing Rancourt and “Flaling Arms around her as if she was a child throwing anger.”
Her fiancé, Greg Wales, says that Payne was the person who caused disturbance.
As for Kitchikake, he has confirmed that he heard Rancourt gives the player a warning about the unprecedented behavior. Payne says he was screaming and dividing.
When asked if he had spoken to Rancourt after the accident, Kitchikake said no, and that “he was surprised that Opp did not come to ask us what happened.”
In the court yesterday, the judge charged the turmoil against Rancourt because there was no evidence after the court reviewed the security video footage of the CCTV camera in the corridor.
It is the second charge that was dropped in this case – the first was the charge of the attack that was withdrawn by the crown in July, as well due to the lack of evidence.
The charges were based on a certificate presented by Payne and the 12 -year -old for the police the next day for the match.
The court heard the recordings that were made at the police station, where Payne and the young player Rancourt put her hands at the top of the young player after the threat pronounced.
Video footage only shows a brief exchange between Rancourt and the player, and there is no physical contact.
In his closing statements, the iodine Prosecutor admitted that there were contradictions in the testimony of his witnesses, but he said that the judge should accept part of their evidence.
It is expected to be judged on April 22.
Rancourt has been suspended from Duty with Pay since February 2024.
