The consultant says that Germany must have a stronger army than Britain

Its soldiers once forced to participate in the NATO exercise using a vaccine.

Olaf Schools, ancestor of Mirz, sought to address this by establishing a special fund worth 100 billion euros ($ 174.4 billion) to restore the power of the German army.

Mirz has gone further by canceling the strict borrowing limits in Germany in the defense sector, as projects cost more than 1 percent of GDP now qualified to obtain unlimited financing.

His government is also considering returning to recruitment, which was abandoned by Germany in 2011, if the new volunteer plan for young military service does not attract enough recruits.

The country’s main re-arms will not only require tens of thousands of other forces, but to increase the production of long-range Taurus missiles, Leopard 2 battle tanks and IRIS-T missiles.

The German army will also need to rebuild dilapidated barracks and repair the country’s dilapidated transport network, which military officials fear will not be able to move forces and tanks quickly to the east.

Bundeswehr currently consists of about 180,000 regular soldiers, which is more than 135,000 British soldiers. When taking into account the reserve forces, Bundeswehr claims to have nearly a million soldiers at its disposal, a legacy of national service.

The French army includes about 200,000 active soldiers, in addition to 41,000 reserve soldiers, while the Polish army has more than 200,000 soldiers in active service and about 40,000 reserve soldiers.

Germany also has 296 battle tanks, more than the current British stock of 213 tanks, and it is believed that less than 150 tanks are in a service case, according to the analysis by Statista on the data site.

Poland has 614, the largest number of tanks on the ready -made side, while France has 215.

Germany also outperformed the United Kingdom in military spending in 2024, according to a recently released report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.

However, experts are still considering the level of combat experience of the British army and the quality of training to be superior to Germany.

Unlike Germany, Britain also has its own nuclear weapons program, Trident, which acts as a final military deterrent and is believed to have about 60 nuclear missiles.

The UK’s surface fleet contains 52 warships, while Germany has between 30 and 40, according to the analysis by Telegraph, London. The UK also has nine submarines – more than six submarines.

Technically, they do not have nuclear missiles because they do not have a nuclear program. However, it hosts an unknown number of American nuclear missiles in military bases – at least 20 according to some estimates – but has no control.

A tone more up

As part of the efforts to play a greater role in European security, the German armed forces took over the task of the new NATO to protect the Baltic Sea from the Russian saboteurs.

The task, known as the Baltic Work Squad, has increased from monitoring and marine patrols in the region, which deter and seize ships suspected of trying to cut the cables below the sea.

Senior officers in the German navy have also adopted a more rough tone towards Russia in recent months.

Talk to Telegraph In February, Stefan Hish, the background Admiral in the German navy, said it was a “good sign” that the German military activity in the Baltic region “disturbs” Russia.

However, some German leaders fear that the country is not ready for war – and it may not be.

Joachim Gok, who served as German President from 2012 to 2017, suggested last month that the Germans were very mentally weak to deal with war after decades of peace and prosperity.

“What matters to me is not just a military weakness, but it is my mind, that we are not sufficiently ready – not only technically, but in terms of passion, morals and politics. We need a new seriousness,” said Philip Sandman, a German news publisher.

Germany and Britain announced this week a new joint venture to develop long -range missiles, based on the recent Trinity House security charter.

Berlin will also issue British -made military bridges to improve the country’s infrastructure, according to the defense ministries in the two countries in a statement.
