Tens of thousands of customers have reported suspension problems since 9.20 pm
In peak, more than 9600 problems were recorded at the bottom of the detection.
Among those who reported problems, 72 percent said they were struggling with the ground Internet, and 18 percent were suffering from complete blackout, while the remaining 11 percent said that the problem was with Virgin Media.

“We would like to apologize again to customers who have been affected by any inconvenience it caused.”
Meanwhile, on Monday, the power outage led nearly half of the London public transport network.
Four underground lines and Elizabeth’s line were suspended, while 20 stations were closed after a cable error in southwest London an hour before the afternoon.
Transport heads say that a “contained fire” was also caused by the power outage at a Cunningham and Aberdeen Place in Maida Vale, which requires emergency services.
It is understood that three meters of high -voltage cables were destroyed and hundreds of companies were affected south of Oxford Street, with no appointment of energy even after 6 pm.
“Because of the brief power of the power source to our network, several power lines have lost a short period earlier this afternoon,” said Claire Man, TFL Executive Director of Operations.
We apologize to customers whose trips will be affected. We are lifting the entire network and running it again as quickly as possible.
