The search for a man who was reported was suspended that he fell abroad from a yacht off Co Waterford on Saturday until Monday morning.
Dublin -based Coast Guard rescue helicopter joined the search earlier, which started when the alarm was raised at about 10.40 pm by an individual who was still in the ship registered in the United Kingdom.
The coast guard was also contacted in the UK after the person said they believed that the ship was outside the coast of Swansea in Wales.
However, the Irish Coast Guard is located on board the ship off the CEANN Heilbhic coast in Co Waterford.
The ship was traveling from Brighton to Swansea via Waltouth.
The Wutford Coast Guard rescue headquarters has conducted 117 searches last night, with the help of a fixed -wing plane from the United Kingdom, and the Royal Delmore East Royal Boat Boat and Piacotone, Co Cork.
A spokesman for the Maritime Rescue Coordination Center (MRCC) confirmed that the Coast Guard is coordinating in search of a missing man who is believed to have gone abroad from a UK yacht in the United Kingdom, 16 naval miles south of Denmour East in the Irish Sea.
