Previous Royal Nanny reveals his sleep routine, Charlotte and Louis Flour with a specific snack and a prohibited activity

While Kate Middleton and Prince William are significantly overseeing their three children, members of the royal family continue the old tradition of a nanny.
Now, one of their former nannaries raised the cover as it appeared at the time of bedtime in the youngest princes and princess in Britain – George, 11, Charlotte, Nine, and Louis, seven.
Caroline Ridgerif spent more than five years to take care of the royal children.
She says that bedtime was not only about sleeping – it was a calming ritual for Wales’s three children to finish.
Caroline took care of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Lewis during their early years, as she supervises everything from sliding to the bathroom time and wrote stories.
“You get to know them in these quiet evening hours,” it reveals. “This is when they are more relaxed.
“And here is when you see how you really be on the ground; polite, fun and characterized by personality.”
Despite the greatness of their surroundings, Caroline says the child’s routine was refreshing.
“We have always kept a familiar structure of a warm bathroom, a quiet play, stories, then an eagle,” she says.
It is designed to help them relax slowly.
“The routine was the same, regardless of what happened a day.”
She adds that the time of the bathroom was an inconceivable part of the operation.
“We did not use harsh products or anything with strong perfumes,” says Caroline.
“Their skin procedures were really simple, very natural. There are no chemicals, no noise. Just warm water, a soft cloth, and vegetable washing.”
She remembered that George loved building with blocks after his bathroom, while Charlotte preferred to read quietly and often Lewis is a stuffed game.
“There was no time for the screen in the evening,” says Carroll. “Everything was about slowing everything.”
About an hour before turning off the lights, royal children had a cup of warm milk (never) and sometimes a slice of bananas or half a regular rice cake.

“There was embracing, books, and suitable laughter from time to time,” she recalls. “It was beautifully normal.
“People imagine strictly, but the truth is that it was very warm, loving and natural.”
