(Fox40.com)-North California Casino invests billions of dollars to create a unique entertainment area that can transform the scene in the region.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino got an area of 40 acres in Sacramento in Fire Mountain recently over an additional area of 350 acres. The extension of the underdeveloped lands between the casino and the Toyota runway has not been changed for decades, but it is expected that it will turn into what officials call a higher degree destination. Soon, there is an entertainment area for the festival, a Rodio area, a sports programming, retail trade, dining, walking paths, stadium areas and potential exhibitions.
Martin Lawrence, North California, adds to a comedy tour
“It will bring thousands of jobs and enhance the quality of life for the current residents by increasing food, entertainment and local retailers,” Gary Bradford, the supervisor of Juba 4, said. “In addition, it will increase the tax revenue and can attract millions of people to the Yuba Province to visit the destination.”
Since the opening of Hard Rock in 2019, it has been said to have contributed about $ 2.5 billion in the local economy. While the operation is currently on tribal lands, the expansion will not – which means that sales revenues and regular property tax will benefit Juba Province.
The officials said the new developments are expected to cost between two billion dollars and 4 billion dollars. The construction may take from 5 to 10 years to complete it, but it may start as soon as possible in 2026.
