Foreign Minister Marco Rubio spoke today with Bulgarian Foreign Minister George George. They discussed more strengthening bilateral defense and energy cooperation. The Secretary and the Foreign Minister also discussed the importance of diversification of energy, the arrival of the first 16 years in Bulgaria and the importance of investment examination mechanisms to protect Bulgaria and NATO from external threats to critical infrastructure.
