London: A French court has made a major blow to the presidential hopes of Marin Loop, which led to the condemnation of the extreme right -wing politician of embezzling the European Union’s funds.
In a ruling that is likely to reshape the European political scene, the court sentenced Le Pen to prison for a period of four years, half of which were suspended. The decision, which was taken on Monday, means that Le Pen, which was long being seen as a pioneering competitor to President Emmanuel Macron, will be excluded from the race when his term ends in 2027.

The court found that Le Pen played a major role in organizing a system that allowed illegal payments to those familiar with the parties. Although she had not personally benefited from this plan, the rulers noticed that they allowed a small group of high party characters, including Le Pen’s father, Jean -Marie Le Pen, to enrich themselves.
The ruling was also banned by holding any general position for five years. The prison sentence, despite its suspension during its appeal, will remain in effect unless it is canceled, as Luban may spend her time under the arrest of the house with an electronic bracelet.
He wears a white blouse and a blue jacket, Luban mostly sat in stone during the procedures. However, with reading the ruling, its composure is cracked, according to reports. Upon hearing the immediate ban on its nomination, she stood up and left the courtroom without addressing the reporters.
Le Pen and 24 other officials of the National Rally Party were accused of using funds allocated to parliamentary assistants in the European Union to pay employees who worked in the party between 2004 and 2016, in violation of the bases of 27 countries. Le Pen and accused of the defendants denied any violations.

The judge also made guilty rulings to eight members or other former forms in her party, just like her, previously worked as elected members of the European Parliament.
At the heart of the case, the abuse of 4.4 million euros (7.5 million dollars) in European Union’s funds was aimed at paying assistants to European Parliament members. Instead, the court found that Le Pen and its allies used money to pay party employees who did not participate in the official parliamentary work. It was also fined 100,000 euros.
