Rumeysa Ozturk, a Tuffs student who was arrested in a pro -Palestinian activity, asked a federal judge in Boston on Thursday that her case will be transferred to Massachusetts, where federal agents have lived and gained from Louisiana, where she is detained in the face of immigration.
