Garda’s investigations were launched after a mother in South Dublin reported an alleged attempt to her child Thursday evening.
The mother of the three -year -old girl said on Friday that she remained “shaking” because of the accident.
The woman, who wanted not to reveal her identity, invited a man and a woman, who thought she was a couple, on a bench near the stadium in a residential area in Klonsge while her daughter was playing with other children.
She claimed that the man interacted with her daughter before she called the mother to return.
She said that when leaving the stadium at a later time, at approximately 6 pm, she told her daughter to retrieve her bike, adding that she took her eyes out of “only a second”, while talking to other fathers.
“I did not see the moment when she took her hand, but I saw that they were walking together,” she claimed.
“I turned and saw that I was running and screaming, and began to run with her while holding her hand.”
The mother claimed that the man was running towards one of the garden exits, and when she fell on her, she believed “pretending that he was taking her to the field.”
She said that the man later put her daughter on Carosil, who started to take place.
She said: “There was no excuse or an apology, he did not say a word.”
She said: “I was very shocked to talk to him, and the eye contacted, I got to my daughter and entered the car immediately.”
“I was very shaken.”
The mother returned a few minutes later with her husband, but she saw that the couple left. They then informed the accident to Garde.
A spokesman for Garda said that Garda is investigating “an alleged accident in Klonsge, Dublin 14, yesterday evening.”
“Investigations are ongoing,” he said.
