Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and First Lady Melania Trump will honor a group of non -ordinary women chosen to attend the International Women’s International Women’s Award for International Women’s Award (IWoc) on Tuesday, April 1, 1:00 pm ES time at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The IWoc Annual Award for Minister of Foreign Affairs recognizes women from all over the world who have shown an exceptional strength, strength and leadership in defending peace, justice, human rights and empowering women and girls – often in personal danger and sacrifice. Since 2007, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has recognized more than 200 women from more than 90 countries.
After the IWoc party, attendees will participate in the IVLP leadership program, which is the primary exchange program for the American government, to interact with their American counterparts on ways to enhance their work to empower women and girls around the world.
