WASHINGTON (AP) – Former former boys leader Enrique Tario, who was reluctant to Donald Trump because of his conviction for the January 6, 2021 attack on Capitol, said he met the president at the end of the week in Florida.

Tarrio posted on the meeting on its X account on Sunday morning.

Tario wrote: “Yesterday, I was honored to meet the President of the United States, a moment that I did not imagine in the darkest days,” Tario wrote.

In other positions, he said he was in Mar Lago, the president’s club, and that he had a “great conversation” with the president after Trump and his mother called him during dinner.

The White House nor Tarrio did not respond to the messages that seek to comment on the meeting.

A senior administration official told the New York Times that Tario and his mother were in Mar Lago in Palm Beach at the invitation of a guest and they were brought to Trump walking to the annihilation.
