The Health Council apologized, saying it had taken action and improved, but also confirmed that the separate review was ongoing in allegations Employees allowed the public in the theater of operations to watch the surgery.
The behavior of the surgery employees was not largely as much as some have said that they often work through their periods, so they need to eat and drink in the anesthesia room.

The report found that the problems that were controlled by the infection, as the employees in all groups were not properly wearing a mask, and they did not have naked arms below the elbow and were wearing jewelry or lacquer.
The poor condition of the hospital was also raised because repair and hygiene were less than the expected standards, with many bathroom cases in the trauma theaters or in the theater corridor.
The report found that the difference was often working against each other, which affects the efficiency of theaters and a failure to follow the policies that enabled behaviors not to deter them, which leads to the feeling of people who are not safe.
Health Council leaders confirmed that one person had been arrested with drugs before this investigation and the police, which were not charged, were informed.
This person is still working in the Health Council after a disciplinary process.

“The colleagues participating directly in the theaters will receive a copy of the report and will be supported by a series of faces face to face with the chief operational employee and other colleagues.”
More than a third of the theater staff shared their experiences for the review, which started last summer and was conducted by two senior colleagues with the lack of responsibility for managing the line in the theaters.
