The officers received reports at 11.55 am after a woman approached a child in the Central Drive, near the Coral Island, before trying to get away with the stroller.
The members and parents of the child intervened and the child was not authors.
After the investigations, a 51 -year -old woman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping children and the police assault.
