[ad_1]
Today, it has announced a new visa -restricting policy that applies to the current foreign government officials or formerly responsible for the forced or complicit return in other ethnic or religious groups who have protection from China. We are committed to combating China’s efforts to pressure governments to restore forced Uyghur and other groups to China, where they are subject to torture and enforced disappearance.
I immediately implement this policy by taking steps to impose restrictions on the current and former officials of the Thailand government responsible for, or collusion in the forced return of 40 UYGR from Thailand on February 27.
In light of the actions of genocide and crimes against humanity that has long been committed against humanity in China, we call on governments all over the world not to return the Uighur and the province to China to China.
This visa restriction policy in accordance with Article 212 (A) (3) (C) of the Immigration and Nationality Law, and allows the Ministry of State to follow up the visa restrictions for current or ex -foreign government officials who bear or agree to the return of China to China or members of other ethnic or religious groups. Some family members of these people may also undergo these restrictions.
