Andrew Tate was accused of sexual assault and battery by his ex -girlfriend, who was afraid that she was “dying.”
Lawyers who represent TateWho also faces the charges of sexual misconduct in the United Kingdom, denied these allegations.
The form of Braina Sterin filed a lawsuit in Los AngelesIt detailed alleged physical and emotional abuse.
Mrs. Stern, who had a relationship with Tate for 10 months, also requested a restriction against him.

In her first interview since she filed the lawsuit, Ms. Stern said she had received online threats after applying for her Tate dating.
“I am afraid of him,” said Ms. Stern. “No one has spoken before him before.”
The lawsuit, which was filed in the Supreme Court of Los Angeles, is accused of 38 -year -old of sexual assault, battery and deliberate emotional distress.
Tate’s lawyer in the United States, Joseph McBraide, said the allegations “are unfounded and exciting.”
He added that he will continue, “All the legal methods are available against those that perpetuate these unfounded claims.”
Mr. McBride accused Mrs. Stern using Tate for “personal profit, reputation and financial benefits.”
He added, “We fought the public and the media to refrain from the early rulings until all facts are created.”

Tate and his brother, Treetstan, the United States left Romania This week, where they were since late February.
The couple was arrested in Romania in late 2022 on charges of human trafficking and the formation of a criminal gang to exploit women – allegations that deny brotherhood.
