On March 4, 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Re -classification of Ansar Allah as a foreign terrorist organization Pursuant to Article 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Law, in its amended form. Today, according to the executive order of the anti -terrorist body (EO) 13224, in its modified form, it depends on the numerous OFAC measures targeting Houthi leaders, generating illegal revenues, financial facilities, and suppliers.
