Media 10, which is the Publishing and Essex Publishing works, has stopped the publication of printed versions of Grand Designs and Good Homes. December 2024 issues were the last to hit newspapers.
Karen Stelinides, who edited Grand Designs for seven years, left the company in December.
Its nickname has not publicly reported on ABC trading data since the 2019 audit period, when the average rotation per version was 11,945 for major designs and 20,768 for good homes in all sales and contributions of newspaper sale newspaper.
“I take care of the designs of Grand Designs and Good Homes in Media 10, we are still publishing online, although Magazi is not printed,” said Natalie Kejan, who held the position of digital publisher in Media 10 in September 2024.
“Most of our book are independent and I accept stadiums. Websites are updated in most days, depending on trends and news, etc. In major designs, there are usually two new herds of two longs per week, with smaller news stories or media pieces all the time. Good Homes are updated with slightly smaller articles, and there are also about two long articles per week.”
The websites help pushing people to the direct media 10 events. Grand Designs Live and The IMEAL Home Show are among its most famous shows. Media 10 still publishes printed versions of the icon, and its quarterly title for design and architecture Onoffice, which focuses on work design.
Fremantle UK, the TV production company that produces TV Grand Designs, rejected the comment on whether Grand Designs Print could return in the future.
Founded in May 1998 as the BBC magazine, the peak of houses, which was achieved in the following year, 151,763. The British Broadcasting Corporation announced its closure in 2009 amid the great recession and home sales, but the magazine and 17 jobs are rescued by the deployment of the Kelcy family. Media 10 I won the title in 2014. Media Designs Magazine was founded by Media 10 in 2004 as a producer of the TV program and achieved peak sales of about 50,000 per version.
Last year, Media Trending now said that it has reached one million total subscriptions through a group of B2B newsletters that were created from AI, which serves 27 sectors in the industry.
Homes and interiors are still a strong sector of magazines with UK titles including: Country Living (ABC Sales, 176,507), House and Garden (100,886) and the ideal house (76,512).
Some independent editorial shareholders in such addresses complain that large publishing groups are increasingly looking to buy all rights in internal buds and copying so that they can fill them to obtain their titles and various social media via the Internet and print over several years (meaning that journalists and photographers earn less money than the second rights of the second rights themselves).
