US Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi announced earlier this month that the Ministry of Justice would seek the death penalty in Manji.
Mango lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday.

If manganese are convicted of the federal case, the jury in a separate stage of the trial will determine whether it will be recommended for the death penalty.

Thompson was shot on December 4 outside a hotel in the center of Manhattan, where the investor conference of the company was planned.
