The authorities said that the police shot a man at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Thursday morning, causing a partial closure in the departure area at the largest station at the airport.

The man’s age and his condition were unknown. The paramedics sent four ambulances to the scene at 6:56 am

The regional Bill police, the agency responsible for the airport police, did not say if the man was armed, but he said that the relevant officer was not injured and that there are no threats to public safety.

Police said that they summoned the Special Investigation Unit, an Ontario control body that was investigating the rings that result in the police procedure or injury.

The Airport Authority has warned that travelers expect delays in Building 1 and led to a reintegration of people to enter and leave the expatriate area.

In February, the airport was the scene of a major accident when a passenger plane caught the Delta air lines after landing. Despite the injury of many 76 passengers and four crew members on board, all of them were able to evacuate the plane.
