The DSS agent in the United States, the Consulate Guayaquil, was awarded a medal for the completion of the marine civil service

The DSS agent, Philip “PJ”, works as a regional security officer at the American Consulate in Guaayakle, Ecuador, where he runs the American marine security guards (MSGS), Cyrran and technical security programs and employees that keep the consulate safe.
